Wholesale Accounts

• Wholesale Account Terms: 50% discount off of single bottle purchases only. Multipack offers are not available for wholesale purchase.
  Minimum Order = $3,000 retail ($1,500 wholesale price) The wholesale partner is responsible for paying shipping fess, customs fees, duties and taxes. All orders ship from Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. Prices listed are in USD.

• Wholesale Requirements: Wholesale accounts are available within the US and Internationally for those who resell our online products. There are no order frequency requirements. Wholesale products may not be sold on Amazon within the US or AU. Aussie Pure LLC reserves the right to cancel or revoke wholesale accounts at its sole discretion.

• Payment: All payments for all orders must be paid in full via credit card or wire transfer before shipment.

• Ordering: Wholesale orders should be emailed to info@aussiepure.com. An electronic invoice will be created and emailed to you to make payment.

• Processing Time: We strive to ship all product orders in a timely manner. In-house processing time averages 2 to 4 business days. Larger orders of a single product may take longer.

• Shipping and Handling: Orders are shipped via UPS or DHL using our discounted rates. Shipping rates are rising globally and we do not add any additional shipping or handling fees to your order. Delivery timeframes range between 3-10 business days. Shipping fees, customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the wholesale partner.

• Returns and Credits: Our products leave Aussie Pure LLC in new condition. If you receive a shipment that visibly shows a damaged shipping box, please snap some pictures and submit a claim to UPS. It is fast and easy and saves all of us valuable time. If there is no damage to your outside shipping boxes and you find damage to any of the items inside, please contact us via email at info@aussiepure.com so we can gather the necessary information to resolve the matter. Unsold products are not available for return.
